Keep the cauliflower florets in salty boiling water for about 10 minutes
Meanwhile heat oil in a frying pan
Once heated start frying cauliflower florets followed by potato dices and green peas
Once golden brown remove them
Keep aside
In a pan add oil ,add cumin seeds let them crackle
Now add onion paste or puree
Coo till it leaves the sides
Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree
Cook till it leaves the sides
Now add all the dry spices except garam masala and kasuri methi
Add cream
Add the veggies
Mix well
Add little water
Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
Finally add the garam masala and kasuri methi
