Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls cauliflower florets


  • 1 cups potato dices


  • 2 tbsp green peas


  • 1 cups onion puree (tomato and green chillies)


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 2 cups oil (for frying )


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tbsp dhania jeera powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp roasted kasuri methi


  • 2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1-2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Keep the cauliflower florets in salty boiling water for about 10 minutes
  • Meanwhile heat oil in a frying pan
  • Once heated start frying cauliflower florets followed by potato dices and green peas
  • Once golden brown remove them
  • Keep aside
  • In a pan add oil ,add cumin seeds let them crackle
  • Now add onion paste or puree
  • Coo till it leaves the sides
  • Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree
  • Cook till it leaves the sides
  • Now add all the dry spices except garam masala and kasuri methi
  • Add cream
  • Add the veggies
  • Mix well
  • Add little water
  • Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
  • Finally add the garam masala and kasuri methi
