Ingredients

Serves 4

  • wheat flour 1 cups

  • ragi flour 1 tbsp

  • besan 1 tbsp

  • semolina 1 tbsp

  • finely chopped cabbage 1 cups

  • finely grated carrots 1 cups

  • finely grated beetroot 1/2 cups

  • finely grated raddish 1/2 cups

  • finely chopped onions 1/2 cups

  • freshly chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • green chillies 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • ajwain 1/4 tsp

  • oil 4-5 tbsp

  • Mint coriander Chutney for serving 1 cups

  • schezwaan chutney for garnishing 1 cups

Directions

    Mix all the flour and vegetables properly.

    Add all the spices

  • 03

    Since the veggies will leave their own juices add water slowly to prepare a dough

  • 04

    Knead a tough dough not very soft because in some time it will become soft

  • 05

    Roll out semi thick parathas

  • 06

    Cook them on tawa from both the sides by applying oil

  • 07

    Serve them along with mint coriander and schezwaan chutney
