Ingredients

wheat flour 1 cups
ragi flour 1 tbsp
besan 1 tbsp
semolina 1 tbsp
finely chopped cabbage 1 cups
finely grated carrots 1 cups
finely grated beetroot 1/2 cups
finely grated raddish 1/2 cups
finely chopped onions 1/2 cups
freshly chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves 1 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
green chillies 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
ajwain 1/4 tsp
oil 4-5 tbsp
Mint coriander Chutney for serving 1 cups
schezwaan chutney for garnishing 1 cups
Directions
Mix all the flour and vegetables properly.
Add all the spices
Since the veggies will leave their own juices add water slowly to prepare a dough
Knead a tough dough not very soft because in some time it will become soft
Roll out semi thick parathas
Cook them on tawa from both the sides by applying oil
Serve them along with mint coriander and schezwaan chutney
