Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 nos urad papad


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder (optional)


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 5 nos mint leaves for garnishing

Directions

  • Take 2 masala papad and apply few drops of oil on both sides of the papad
  • On a heated tawa roast the papad from both the sides
  • Cook evenly
  • Your semi fried papad is ready
  • One papad is cut into small triangles and roasted the same way
  • Take 2 whole semi fried papad in a plate or bowl and crush with the fingers
  • Add salt,roasted cumin seeds powder and chat masala as per taste
  • Mix well all the ingredients and transfer to a serving bowl
  • Garnish with semi fried papad triangles and fresh mint leaves
  • Tip : papad is already salted so accordingly add the salt
