Roast almonds over low flame for 2-4 minutes.
Boil water in a wide pan. Place an empty vessel over that pan to form a double boiler.
Keep chocolate chip in the top vessel and let it sit for 3-4 minutes.
Now stir the chocolate chips. It will start melting. Keep stirring till all the chocolate chips gets melted.
Coat the almonds with this melted chocolate and keep over parchment paper to let the chocolate sets fully.
Colour the remaining chocolate with desired colour and pour in small piping bag.
Decorate the chocolate coated almonds with this coloured chocolate in desired patterns.
