Dough: add oil in maida and rub nicely to get bread crumb like texture.add water little by little and knead to a semi soft dough. cover and keep aside.
Chop nuts for filling.
Cook mawa in heavy bottom pan over low flame for 4-5 minutes. Add all chopped nuts.
Syrup: cook sugar, water, saffron and cardamom powder till 1 string consistency.
Divide dough in 4 equal parts.
Roll the dough ball little and fill generous stuffing. Seal the edges.
Fry kachoris over low flame till golden colour.
Make hole in centre of fried kachori. Fill sugar syrup inside. Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals.
