Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Mutton 200 gms

  • Curd 1 tbsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 3/4 tsp

  • Oil 200 ml

  • Curry leaves 1/2 cups

  • onion 1 nos

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Marinate mutton with curd and all the spice powders till salt for an hour.

    Pressure cook the marinated mutton for 8 whistles.

    Open and cook till all the water dries up and each piece of mutton is coated well with masala

  • 04

    Beat an egg with salt and pepper powder.

  • 05

    Dip each piece of mutton in egg and deep fry in low flame till golden brown.

    Just before removing from oil add the curry leaves in the hot oil and drain in a kitchen towel along with the mutton.

    Serve mutton dry chops with sliced onions
