Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 200 gms mutton


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • 200 ml oil


  • 1/2 cups curry leaves


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Marinate mutton with curd and all the spice powders till salt for an hour.
  • Pressure cook the marinated mutton for 8 whistles.
  • Open and cook till all the water dries up and each piece of mutton is coated well with masala
  • Beat an egg with salt and pepper powder.
  • Dip each piece of mutton in egg and deep fry in low flame till golden brown.
  • Just before removing from oil add the curry leaves in the hot oil and drain in a kitchen towel along with the mutton.
  • Serve mutton dry chops with sliced onions
