Grind all ingredients from grated coconut to garlic to a smooth paste
In a pressure cooker add oil,finely chopped onion, tomato and saute well .
Then add the minced meat and saute till raw smell goes . Now add all the masala powders and saute. Add the ground paste and little water and stir well. Adjust the salt and spice levels.
Pressure cook for 6 whistles. Open and cook till the gravy becomes dry.add finely chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Beat 3 eggs wth pepper powder and salt
In a dosa pan make small uthappams and add 2 tablespoons of egg followed by the kheema masala. Flip over when one side is cooked. When the other side is also cooked remove from tawa. Serve hot with meat gravy or coconut chutney.
