Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 nos goat leg chopped


  • 10 nos garlic pods


  • 1/2 cups curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 30 ml gingelly oil


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • In a mixer jar add garlic , pepper, jeera, Curry leaves and grind to a smooth paste with little water.
  • Clean the goat leg pieces well
  • In a pressure cooker add 30ml of gingelly oil and saute the goat leg pieces with turmeric and salt for a while and add the ground paste
  • Add a litre of water and let it come to a boil.
  • Pressure cook for 15 whistles.
  • Once pressure is released,open and serve hot with 2-3 pieces of goat leg in each cup
  • This clear soup clears nasal cogestion in a short time . This soup is made in our home when someone has nasal congestion.
