Ingredients

  • Goat leg chopped 1 nos

  • Garlic pods 10 nos

  • Curry leaves 1/2 cups

  • Black pepper 1 tbsp

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Gingelly oil 30 ml

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a mixer jar add garlic , pepper, jeera, Curry leaves and grind to a smooth paste with little water.

    Clean the goat leg pieces well

  • 03

    In a pressure cooker add 30ml of gingelly oil and saute the goat leg pieces with turmeric and salt for a while and add the ground paste

  • 04

    Add a litre of water and let it come to a boil.

  • 05

    Pressure cook for 15 whistles.

  • 06

    Once pressure is released,open and serve hot with 2-3 pieces of goat leg in each cup

  • 07

    This clear soup clears nasal cogestion in a short time . This soup is made in our home when someone has nasal congestion.
