Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 litre milk ( full fat )


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 3 cups sugar


  • 1 tsp sugar powder


  • 1/4 tsp cornflour


  • 1 nos lemon


  • 2 pinch cardamon powder

Directions

  • Thin muslin cloth to sieve ( needed to make the sweet )
  • Boil Milk ( Full Fat ) Once It Boils Add Lemon Extract And Keep Stirring. The Milk Will Curdle.
  • Keep A Vessel With A Metal Sieve And Cover The Metal Sieve With Thin Muslin Cloth . Pour The Curdled Milk In The Cloth .
  • Once It's Filtered Run Cold Water. Then Hang The Cloth Carefully On A Clean Place And Place A Vessel To The Bottom To Avoid The Place Getting Messy By The Drops From The Cloth. Leave It For 15 Minutes.
  • Now Take The Fat Extract ,Add Sugar Powder And Cornflour. Knead It To A Smooth Dough. It Will Become Non-Sticky.
  • Now Boil 2 Cups Of Water With 1 Cup Of Sugar. Meanwhile Make Small Flat Balls Of The Dough.
  • Once The Sugar Dissolve Add Cardamon Powder And Mix.
  • To This Add The Flat Balls And Reduce Flame To Medium . Let It Boil For 10 Minutes. Switch Off The Flame And Let It Cool.
  • In Another Bowl Bring Back In Hot Milk And Add 1 Cup Of Sugar. Mix To Dissolve Sugar And Orange Food Colour.
  • Now When The Sugar Syrup With The Boiled Flat Balls Is Completely Cooled.
  • Squeeze Out The Ball And Drop Them In Milk In Another Bowl. Add Grated Badam , Pista To This . Chill And Serve.
