  • Boneless Chicken 1 kgs

  • Salted Butter 250 gms

  • Lime 2-3 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Minced Garlic 3 tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp

Directions

    Marinate the chicken in lime juice salt and pepper. Keep it aside for a couple of hours

  • 02

    Melt the butter in a frying pan.

  • 03

    add the minced garlic and saute for a bit

  • 04

    add chicken pieces and keep the flame medium

  • 05

    wait for a side to turn golden brown and flip

  • 06

    flip till the pieces are fully cooked.

  • 07

    slight charring increases the taste.

  • 08

    serve it hot after cutting up
