  • 1 bowls maida


  • 1 bowls sugar powder


  • 1 bowls dry fruits


  • 1 bowls khoya

Directions

  • Knead the dough of maida.
  • Now for stuffing fry all the dry fruits and khoya.
  • Now grind them coarsely.
  • Mix sugar powder in it.
  • Now stuffing is ready.
  • Now make very very small balls of it.
  • Now make roti of it.
  • Fill it with the stuffing.now on the half fold it and pasye it with maida water.
  • Now heat the oil.
  • Slowly slowly fry the ghunjhiya till it gets brown.
  • Now plate it .
  • Garnish it with vark.
