Knead the dough of maida.
Now for stuffing fry all the dry fruits and khoya.
Now grind them coarsely.
Mix sugar powder in it.
Now stuffing is ready.
Now make very very small balls of it.
Now make roti of it.
Fill it with the stuffing.now on the half fold it and pasye it with maida water.
Now heat the oil.
Slowly slowly fry the ghunjhiya till it gets brown.
Now plate it .
Garnish it with vark.
