Grind sprouted black Chickpea.
Heat ghee in a pan and cook it till it start leaving ghee.
Boil water add sugar and make 1string sugar syrup.
Add this sugar syrup, cardamom powder and mava into the pre-cooked sprouted black Chickpea .
Mix well.
for white layer....
In a pre-greased thaali spread chopped dry fruits and pour it.
Spread and Press it.
Boil milk add cardamom powder, desiccated coconut and mava .
Cook for a minute.
Spread it on top of the black Chickpea Barfi.
Keep it in freezer for 5 minutes.
Cut into desired shapes.
Serve.
