Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups for 1st layer : sprouted black chickpea


  • 4-5 tbsp ghee


  • 100 ml milk


  • 50 gms sugar


  • 50 ml water


  • 20 gms khoya/mava


  • 2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 100 gms for 2nd layer : mava/khoya


  • 50 gms desiccated coconut


  • 50 ml milk

Directions

  • Grind sprouted black Chickpea.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and cook it till it start leaving ghee.
  • Boil water add sugar and make 1string sugar syrup.
  • Add this sugar syrup, cardamom powder and mava into the pre-cooked sprouted black Chickpea .
  • Mix well.
  • for white layer....
  • In a pre-greased thaali spread chopped dry fruits and pour it.
  • Spread and Press it.
  • Boil milk add cardamom powder, desiccated coconut and mava .
  • Cook for a minute.
  • Spread it on top of the black Chickpea Barfi.
  • Keep it in freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Cut into desired shapes.
  • Serve.
