In a big vessel, heat oil, add curry leaves first.
Then add peanuts and the chilli flakes or powder. After peanuts are roasted well, add the puffed rice.
Mix well and let it roast on low flame until crispy for about 4 to 5 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
Sprinkle chaat masala and anardana (pomegranate powder) on top and mix well. That's it. It is all done.
To make it more appealing to the kids, i served them in shallow fried capsi baskets. Kids as well as adults will love to have these as a munchie.
