Firstly take a pan and add jaggery to caramelising by continuously stirring.
keep on stirring as otherwise it should not stick to sides of pan.
Add little butter.
When jaggery is completely caramelised, add cinnamon powder and cardamom powder.
Now start adding dry fruits one after other by stirring continuously..
When everything is mixed well, immediately take it out from flame and spread it on a big plate.
When little bit cooled down cut into required pieces with the help of cookie cutter.
On complete cooling on one side dip it in melted chocolate so that it is covered completely.
