Ingredients

Serves 3

  • walnuts 1 cups

  • cashewnuts 1 cups

  • almonds 1 cups

  • plain oats 1 cups

  • flax seeds. 1 cups

  • ghee 1/2 tsp

  • jaggery 1 cups

Directions

    Roast 1 cup walnuts for 2 minutes.

    Roast almonds and cashewnuts for 2 minutes.

    Roast 1 cup plain oats.

  • 04

    Take all roasted ingredients in a bowl.

  • 05

    Roast flax seeds.

  • 06

    Take flax seeds in the same bowl.

  • 07

    Add ghee in a pan and add jaggery and stir till it melts.

    Add melted jaggery to grinded nuts.

  • 09

    Mix it well when warm.

    Make ladoos.

  • 11

    Protein ladoos are ready.
