Milk ,boiled and chilled 1/2 litre
Oats 4 tsp
Dates 10 nos
Almond soaked 4 nos
Cashew soaked 10 nos
Walnut 2 nos
Strawberry 2 nos
Directions
Take your juicer jar add chilled milk,dates, soaked almonds, cashew and walnut to it
Give a pulse and add oats to it
Now again give a pluse
Now add strawberry and blend to fine smoothie
Transfer to glasses and serve cold
