Take a heavy bottom kadhai/fry pan, once heated add grated carrot to it
Now cook the grated carrot in medium flame till it becomes tender and all water of carrot dries
Now add ghee to it and again cook for 5minutes t,till you can smell the aroma of ghee and carrot
Now Add crushed green Cardamom to it
Now add milk and cook for 5 minutes and stir in between
Now add Jaggery to it and cook till its cooked and completely in dry consistency
Now add salt give a quick mix and cook for 1 minure
Add 3/4 cup of all cut dry fruits and give a mix and cook for another 2 miutes
Off the gas stove and keep aside to cool down a little
Transfer your gajar/carrot halwa to dish and granish with left dry fruits
Serve your halwa warm
