Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 200 gms soya granules


  • 3 nos potatoes


  • 4-5 nos slicez of bread


  • 4-5 nos green chillies


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp amchur powder


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 2 tbsp coriander

Directions

  • Firstly boil soya kheema for about 12_15 mins.
  • Put it in a strainer
  • Rinse it in cold water .
  • And leave it strainer only for about 1/2 to drain the excess water.
  • Now churn the bread add the spices.
  • Add the coriander.
  • Now add the boiled potatoes and mix it well.
  • Now take soya kheema little by little and squeeze excess water and mix it with the potato mixture.
  • Mix it well and make a dough.
  • Now give the desired shape and deep fry on medium flame.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
