Soya keema cutlets are easy to make, good for any time of day. They are healthy, nutritious and delicious.A very good source of proteins for vegeterians.

Ingredients
Serves : 8
200 gms soya granules
3 nos potatoes
4-5 nos slicez of bread
4-5 nos green chillies
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp amchur powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp coriander
Directions
Firstly boil soya kheema for about 12_15 mins.
Put it in a strainer
Rinse it in cold water .
And leave it strainer only for about 1/2 to drain the excess water.
Now churn the bread add the spices.
Add the coriander.
Now add the boiled potatoes and mix it well.
Now take soya kheema little by little and squeeze excess water and mix it with the potato mixture.
Mix it well and make a dough.
Now give the desired shape and deep fry on medium flame.
