Ingredients

  • soya granules 200 gms

  • potatoes 3 nos

  • slicez of bread 4-5 nos

  • green chillies 4-5 nos

  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • amchur powder 2 tsp

  • garam masala 2 tsp

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • coriander 2 tbsp

    Firstly boil soya kheema for about 12_15 mins.

    Put it in a strainer

  • 03

    Rinse it in cold water .

  • 04

    And leave it strainer only for about 1/2 to drain the excess water.

    Now churn the bread add the spices.

    Add the coriander.

  • 07

    Now add the boiled potatoes and mix it well.

    Now take soya kheema little by little and squeeze excess water and mix it with the potato mixture.

    Mix it well and make a dough.

  • 10

    Now give the desired shape and deep fry on medium flame.

    Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
