Knead a smooth dough with the first four ingredients mentioned.
Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
Roll each into a circular disc.
Roast each one on a tawa or a griddle.
When one side is done with brown spots all over, flip it over and smear a teaspoon of pure desi ghee.
Allow the other side to cook too.
Flip it back again and sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar.
Finally top it up with a few chopped nuts.
Follow the same for all the rotis and serve them hot immediately.
