Ingredients

Serves 12

  • all purpose flour 75 gms

  • eggs 4 nos

  • pistachio 125 gms

  • almond 50 gms

  • sugar 225 gms

  • butter 180 gms

  • vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • corn flour 5 gms

  • baking soda 2 gms

  • salt 1 pinch

  • green food colour 6-7 nos

Directions

    Heat a pan and roast the almond and pistachio lightly not to cook till burn,when done and cool transfer in mixer jar and make powder of it

    Take soft butter and sugar and whisk till it's fluffy and light

  • 03

    Now add one by one egg in and mix

    Add vanilla essence and green food colour and mix to till all Incorporate

    Add almond and pistachio flour in this and mix

  • 06

    Add corn flour,all purpose flour,baking powder and salt in a bowl and sieve this in egg and butter mixture

    Mix all everything with light hand and cut and fold method

  • 08

    Now lined a loaf pan with parchment pepper and transfer this mixture in this pan

    Now bake this in preheated oven for 160* to 170* for 40 to 45 minutes

    Now Pistachio Loaf Cake Is ready to serve
