Boil coconut milk or milk and set aside.
Heat a pan and add ghee to it.
Roast the slivered dry fruits first.
In the same pan, roast the flattened rice until golden brown.
Roast the peanuts too.
Now comes the assembling part. Mash the banana well.
Take two serving glasses. In each glass, divide the mashed banana equally in both.
Now divide the milk equally in each glass.
Add sugar and roasted flattened rice.
Mix well and top each serving glass with dry fruits, peanuts and few more flattened rice flakes.
Top it up with a generous big scoop of any of your favourite icecream. However it is optional. Serve it right away or chill it a bit.
