Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups chopped dry fruits { almonds, walnuts and melon seeds}


  • 1/2 cups oats


  • 1 cups jaggery


  • 1/4 cups chopped raisins and anjeer


  • 1/4 cups seaseme seeds


  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

  • Roast dry fruits.
  • Then roast oats.
  • Take a heavy bottom pan and add jaggery, and caramelize it. Once caramelized add honey and ciba tea masala then add all the dry fruits and oats and mix it well.
  • Grease gas platform, rolling pin and knives.
  • Pour this on the gas platform and with the help of knives bring it in rectangular shape and then roll, rolling pin on it once.
  • Now cut it in square pieces with the help of a knife.
  • Eat it or you can even store it in an airtight container.
