Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups roll oates


  • 1 cups sweet corn


  • 1 tbsp corn flour


  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 1 cups roasted and nicely chopped mixed dry fruites


  • 2 tbsp brown sugar add more according to taste


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Directions

  • Roast the oates in pan and keep aside
  • Now take sweet corn in mixer jar and grind it and transfer in a deep bowl
  • Now add corn flour,all purpose flour and chilled butter in grind sweet corn bowl and mix well all
  • Now add roasted oates and dry fruits, brown sugar,salt and mix well if need add some lukewarm water and make dough of this
  • Now make a chappati of this with rolling pin on pain surface, sprinkle white sesame seeds over the chappati and prick with fork
  • And cut the chappati in equal size triangle and grease with butter over the top
  • Bake this in preheated oven at 180* for 15 to 18 minutes or till crisp
  • Healthy and tasty Dry fruits nachos is ready to serve
  • Serve with melted chocolate for more taste
