Take pistachio in mixer jar and grind it.
Now in large mixing bowl add all purpose flour, salt, sugar butter and grind pistachio and mix well with hand, Finally add ice water and make a dough
When dough prepare wrap,cling wrapnit and keep in fridge to chill it atleast 30 minutes minimum
In other side heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic now and leek cook only softend with out colour,when it done transfer in a bowl
Mix both cheese,cream,salt and pepper in garlic and leek bowl and mix well
Preheat oven at 190*,take out dough and devide in four equal part
Roll out one piece with rolling pin on plain surface, transfer this into lined baking tray,leave 1 inch border,spread cream and cheese mixture in this, spread dill leaves over the mixture and finally arrange the potato slice
When all arrange , sprinkle salt,black pepper and chiili flakes and drizzle some olive oil over the top,
Fold the sides of dough over filling and brush the top with beaten egg
Make all Galette with remaning dough and remaining filling
Bake this for 30 minutes on 190 to 200* or till crust are golden brown in colour
Again sprinkle chilli flakes,pepper and olive oil over the top at time to serve
