Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 bowls for 8 pieces : popcorn


  • 1 cups coarsely crushed mixed dry fruits(almond, pistachio,cashew, walnuts)


  • 1/2 cups mixed dry fruits powder(almond, pistachio,walnuts,cashew)


  • 4-6 nos crushed oreo cookies


  • 1 cups for butterscotch sauce :sugar


  • 1 tsp butter ,1 tsp extra for greasing palm


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • Heat a pan,add coarsely crushed dry fruits in it and roast this slightly for pleasant smell not to till burn,when done transfer in bowl
  • Now add popcorn,mixed dry fruits powder, crushed Oreo cookies in roasted dry fruits bowl and mix well all
  • For Butterscotch sauce,melt sugar in nonstick sauce pan till completely melt and go to caramelized
  • Now add butter in Caramel sugar and mix
  • Now add pinch of salt and continue stir it
  • Finally add milk and continue stir,before start to thick again add this sauce in dry fruits and pop corn bowl and mix with wodden spoon
  • Now grease palm with butter and take small small batch of this mixture carefull it's hot,and make laddoo of this
  • Make laddoo of all mixture and keep this fridge for 30 to 45 minutes to set.
  • When done keep out from fridge
  • Now healthy and tasty laddoo bites is ready to serve.
