Thandai Powder 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 1 cups
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Rose water 1 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Chopped Nuts 1/2 cups
Directions
Prepare A 6 Inch Pan And Preheat The Oven At 180°C .
In A Bowl Mix All The Wet Ingredients And Whisk Till Sugar Dissolves.
Seive In The Dry Ingredients And Mix Just Until Combined.
Divide The Batter In Four Portions Add Colors And Pour Them One At A Time In The Pan. Tap Pan Twice To Release Air Bubbles.
Bake For Around 30 Mins.
Garnish With Nuts And Rose Syrup Before Serving.
