  • 4 tbsp yogurt


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 6 tbsp sugar


  • 7 tbsp milk


  • 2 tbsp thandai powder


  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp rose water


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions

  • Prepare A 6 Inch Pan And Preheat The Oven At 180°C .
  • In A Bowl Mix All The Wet Ingredients And Whisk Till Sugar Dissolves.
  • Seive In The Dry Ingredients And Mix Just Until Combined.
  • Divide The Batter In Four Portions Add Colors And Pour Them One At A Time In The Pan. Tap Pan Twice To Release Air Bubbles.
  • Bake For Around 30 Mins.
  • Garnish With Nuts And Rose Syrup Before Serving.
