Ingredients
Serves 5
All purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
Eggs 2 nos
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Dry fruits slivered 1/2 cups
Full fat milk 1 cups
Sugar 5-6 tbsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Directions
First of all, separate the egg whites and the yolk.
Beat the egg whites for about 5 minutes until fluffy.
Now whisk in the egg yolks in a separate bowl along with sugar and vanilla essence.
Add milk ,flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to it.
Mix well until lumpfree.
Now carefully fold in egg whites into it.
Finally throw in some slivered nuts of your choice.
Mix all very gently.
Heat a pan and smear with little butter on a low heat.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto it and add some more butter as desired.
Cook on both the sides until done.
Serve with a big generous dollop of freshly whipped cream at home.
Make all in the same way and relish them for a lovely breakfast.
