  • Butter 1/4 cups

  • Dry mixed slivered nuts 1/2 cups

  • Condensed milk can 400 gms

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

Directions

    TO A PAN, ADD BUTTER AT FIRST.

    FOLLOWED BY 2 CANS OF CONDENSED MILK

    GREASE A DISH AND SET ASIDE

    KEEP STIRRING THE CONDENSED MILK AND BUTTER MIX CONTINUOUSLY FOR ABOUT 25-30 MINUTES ON A LOW HEAT

    AFTER IT THICKENS A BIT, ADD THE CARDAMOM POWDER.

    KEEP STIRRING IT UNTIL IT CHANGES IT'S COLOUR AND THICKENS.

    WHEN IT COMES TOGETHER AS A SOLID MASS AND LEAVES THE SIDES OF THE PAN

    REMOVE IT FROM THE FIRE AND POUR INTO THE GREASED DISH

    GARNISH WITH SOME CHOPPED MIXED NUTS.

    LET IT COOL DOWN IN THE REFRIGERATOR BEFORE CUTTING INTO DESIRED SHAPES
