Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 2 cups eggs


  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence


  • 1/2 cups dry mixed fruits,silvered


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 1 cups full fat milk


  • 4 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • Whisk in two eggs along with sugar first
  • Beat until creamy.
  • Add in vanilla essence too.
  • Now start adding the flour little by little and mixing.
  • Add milk also simultaneously so that everything blends well.
  • Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes only.
  • Heat a pan and smear with little butter.
  • Add a big ladleful of the batter on it.
  • Add slivered nuts on top. You can choose any of your favourite nuts.
  • Cover and cook until fluffy and tiny bubbles are seen on top.
  • Flip it over and cook on the other side too until light golden in colour.
  • Serve them with honey or maple syrup. Fresh cream or whipped cream and lots of seasonal fruits are also the best alternatives.
