Ingredients

  • 70 gms oats


  • 15 gms oats flour


  • 45 gms cashew


  • 45 gms badam


  • 10 gms acrut


  • 50 gms soft dates


  • 40 gms coconur,grated


  • 40 gms sugar,powdered


  • 3 tbsp honey


  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1/2 tsp water

Directions

  • Preparation :Cashew , badam and acrut to be powdered to fine grains.
  • To A Large Bowl Bring In All The Dry Ingredients . Mix Them Well .
  • To This Add Chopped Soft Dates. Mix Them Well To Combine. See To That The Dates Are Not Accumulated In A Place.
  • If So Split Them Evenly All Over The Mixture. Now To A Bowl Bring In All The Wet Ingredients .
  • Whisk Them Well To Combine. Now Add The Wet Ingredient To The Well Combined Dry Ingredient.
  • Meanwhile Have The Bake Tray Greased And Lined With A Parchment Paper. See To That There Is Some Parchment Paper Left On Height , This To Help You Pull The Paper Out If The Bake Tray.
  • Now Bring In The Combined Granola Mixture To The Bake Tray .
  • Tap It Well And Press It With Your Hands To Set Well. Bake At A Preheated Oven At 180°C For 20 Minutes.
  • Once Done Remove The Tray Of The Oven . After 5 Minutes Cut The Bar.
  • Cut Them When They Are Warm. For If The Bars Cool Down It Will Be Too Hard To Cut .
  • Box Them , This Will Be Your Kids Favorite Snack. ‌
