Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Condensed Milk 150 gms

  • Desiccated coconut 200 gms

  • Milk powder 100 gms

  • Pistachios for Garnishing 1 tbsp

  • Rose essence 5 drop

  • Red rose syrup 1 tsp

Directions

    Lightly grease a tray with ghee & keep aside

    Put the coconut on a heated pan and slightly roast without changing the colour.

  • 03

    Add the condensed milk , milk powder and rose syrup in it and mix until combined over low heat.

    Keep mixing until the mixture is well combined.

  • 05

    When it all comes together, switch off the heat . Add a few drops of rose essence and mix well evenly.

    Spread the mixture in the prepared plate and make it smooth on top with a spatula.

    Set in the fridge for half an hour.

  • 08

    To serve, cut the coconut fudge into desired shape and garnish with pistachios.

  • 09
