Heart Rose and coconut Fudge

Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 150 gms condensed milk


  • 200 gms desiccated coconut


  • 100 gms milk powder


  • 1 tbsp pistachios for garnishing


  • 5 drop rose essence


  • 1 tsp red rose syrup

Directions

  • Lightly grease a tray with ghee & keep aside
  • Put the coconut on a heated pan and slightly roast without changing the colour.
  • Add the condensed milk , milk powder and rose syrup in it and mix until combined over low heat.
  • Keep mixing until the mixture is well combined.
  • When it all comes together, switch off the heat . Add a few drops of rose essence and mix well evenly.
  • Spread the mixture in the prepared plate and make it smooth on top with a spatula.
  • Set in the fridge for half an hour.
  • To serve, cut the coconut fudge into desired shape and garnish with pistachios.
  • Enjoy endlessly with your loved ones.
