Ingredients

  • 500 gms dry fruits cake ingredients: unsatisfied butter


  • 500 gms castor sugar


  • 10 nos egg


  • 400 gms refined flour


  • 100 gms custard powder


  • 10 gms baking powder


  • 5 ml vanilla extract


  • 250 gms almond (chopped)


  • 250 gms cashew nuts ( chopped)


  • 300 gms tuti fruity


  • 200 gms raisins

Directions

  • Cream butter and sugar untill fluffy and smooth.
  • Add egg one by one.
  • Sieve flour, baking powder, custard powder twice.
  • Add vanilla extract.
  • Add flour and fold in gently.
  • Then add the dry fruits and mix well.
  • Put in a cake mould or bread mould lined with butter paper and spread evenly.
  • Bake at 165 degree for 40 minutes.
