Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cashew powder 1 cups

  • sugar 1/2 cups

  • Water 1/4 cups

  • Cloves or as many as the cashew balls. 4-5 nos

  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch

  • Red food color 2 pinch

  • Ghee 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat sugar and water in a pan.

  • 02

    When the sugar dissolves and the syrup boiling add in the cashew powder and mix it well until it starts leaving the sides.

    Add some ghee and cardamom powder and mix and switch off the gas.

  • 04

    Let the mixture into cool down a bit.

  • 05

    Grease your palms and make balls of the cooled mixture.

  • 06

    Make an insertion at the top with your finger.

  • 07

    Dissolve the red food color in water and make some streaks on the balls.

  • 08

    Let them dry.

  • 09

    Insert a clove on the top of each apple.

  • 10

    Apples are ready to be serve.
