Ingredients

  • Eggs 2 nos

  • Dry mixed nuts 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Butter 1 tbsp

Directions

    Beat eggs well with a fork until light and fluffy.

    Add sugar to it

    Mix well.

    Heat butter in a pan.

    Add the beaten egg and sugar mix to it.

    Top it up with your favourite nuts. I have used walnuts and pistachios roughly chopped.

    Cover and cook on one side and then flip over to cook on the other side too until golden brown.

    Serve it piping hot immediately for a scrumptious breakfast.
