  • 2 nos eggs

  • 2 tbsp dry mixed nuts

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp butter


  • Beat eggs well with a fork until light and fluffy.
  • Add sugar to it
  • Mix well.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add the beaten egg and sugar mix to it.
  • Top it up with your favourite nuts. I have used walnuts and pistachios roughly chopped.
  • Cover and cook on one side and then flip over to cook on the other side too until golden brown.
  • Serve it piping hot immediately for a scrumptious breakfast.
