Pat dry chicken breasts with a paper towel. Add garlic powder,onion powder,Italian seasoning,black pepper powder and salt on it. Drizzle some oil and rub all the spices on chicken breasts very well.
Heat a skillet and roast walnut for 5 minutes. In a blender blend walnut and bread crumbs until finely ground.
Pour the mixture in a shallow tray and mix red chilli powder on it.
Beat the eggs and place then in a wide mouth bowl.
In a wide tray pour all purpose flour.
Take one chicken piece and drench it on flour then dip it on beaten egg and lastly coat it on bread crumbs mixture by lightly pressing the chicken breast to coat well. Do same to all.
Cover them and rest in a freezer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes pre heat oven to 350 degree. Now heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken breast each side for 2 minutes.
In a baking tray place baking sheets set fried chicken and bake for 15 minutes. Chicken tender is ready.
Serve with your favourite sauce.
