All purpose flour 250 gms
Cashew nut 100 gms
Butter 250 gms
Sugar powder or icing sugar 155 gms
Vanilla custard powder 55 gms
Egg or milk 2 tablepoon (I have used egg) 1 nos
Sift flour, custard powder and icing sugar together.
Cream butter well. Add egg and cream well together.
Add cashew nuts flour, custard powder and icing sugar and gently mix.
Do not knead. The dough has to be soft and should be palpable to make a ball.
Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade.
Roll the dough and flatten to 1/4 inch thickeness.
Cut into desired pieces and bake for 15 minutes.
Crispy tasty Cashew Custard Cookies are ready to munch.
