Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Paan leaves 5 nos

  • Condensed milk 1 cups

  • Dessicated coconut 1/2 cups

  • Gulkand 2 tbsp

  • Chopped dry fruits 2 tbsp

  • Rad green tuti fruti 2 tsp

  • Green color 1 pinch

  • Ghee 1 tsp

Directions

    In a bowl mix chopped dry fruits, rad green tuti fruti and Gulkand. This is the stuffing.

    Wash and cut the paan leaves. Blend with condensed milk.

    In a pan add condensed milk and paan mixture, green color, 1/2 dessicated coconut and cook on low flame till it becomes a dough.

    Switch off and let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

    Grease your palms and

    Roll these ladoos with dessicated coconut. Keep in the refrigerator.

    Your yummy paan laddoos are ready.
