Ingredients

Serves 8

  • For Stuffing:mashed chocolate cake 1 cups

  • Dark chocolate 1/2 cups

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cups

  • roasted and chopped dry fruits (walnuts,almonds,cashew, pistachio) 1 cups

  • For Coating: milk chocolate 1/2 cups

  • dark chocolate 1/2 cups

  • melted white chocolate for garnish 1/4 cups

  • chopped dry fruits for garnish 2 tbsp

  • diffrent types of sprinkles for garnish 1/4 cups

  • lollypop sticks 8 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Take dark chocolate and fresh cream in a bowl and melt this for 30-30 seconds difference,when completely melt mix well

  • 02

    Take mashed chocolate cake in a bowl,add roasted chopped dry fruits and cream and chocolate mixture add in this bowl and mix well

    Now make small size round balls of this mixture and keep this in fridge to set for 30 minutes

    For Coating,take dark and milk chocolate in a bowl and melt

    Keep out the chocolate cake pops from fridge, take lolly pop sticks dip one side of sticks in melted dark and milk chocolate and insert this in pops

    Do same with all balls and keep again this in fridge for 10 minutes to set

    After 10 minutes keep out dry fruits chocolate cake balls from fridge and dip one by one in melted chocolate and tap it to remove extra chocolate

    Immediately sprinkle coloured sugar over the few balls for garnish

    Like this few dry fruits balls decorate with melted white chocolate

    Sprinkle roasted chopped dry fruits over few balls

  • 11

    Now healthy Dry Fruits Chocolate Pops is ready to serve
