Ingredients

Serves 3

  • apple 1 nos

  • lemon juice 2 tsp

  • mix roasted and chopped dry fruits (almond,cashew,pistachio,walnuts) 1/2 cups

  • mashed paneer 1/2 cups

  • bread slice(brown or white optional) 4 nos

  • butter 1 tbsp

  • orange juice 1/2 cups

  • cinnamon powder 1 pinch

  • honey 2 tbsp

Directions

    First remove the middle(centre seeds part) part of apple and cut the round slice of apple and keep it in a bowl

    Now pour lemon juice on apple slice and toss well

  • 03

    Now heat butter in a pan,add lemon added apple slice,pour orange juice and honey in the pan and sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the apple slice

    Now cook the slice till light brown in colour,when done keep out slice from pan and reserve the juice of pan in a separate bowl

    Now take mash paneer in a deep bowl ,now add roasted chopped mixed nuts,add reserve orange flavour liquid and toss well

    Now cut the brown part of slice, arrange the apple slice in the bread,place spoonful mixture of paneer and nuts,place other slice of bread,greese with butter now keep this in toaster to make toast sandwich of this

    When it's done keep out this,cut it and serve this
