Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 gms ash gourd


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1-2 drop green food colour


  • 4 tbsp gulkand


  • 1/4 tsp paan bahar


  • 1/4 cups chopped almonds, raisins, cashews


  • 2-3 nos silver varak sheet

Directions

  • Peel off the ash gourd.
  • Cut the pieces in triangular shape.
  • Now boiled in simple water until the transparent.
  • In a pan add sugar, green food colour and water for sugar syrup boil it.
  • Now ash gourd pieces boiled in sugar syrup.
  • In a bowl add gulkand, chopped dry fruits, paan bahar and mix well.
  • Now fill the triangular shapes with gulkand mix.
  • Fold it and close with chopped almond.
  • Now garnish with silver varak and serve it.
