Ingredients

  • roasted almonds 1 bowls

  • wheat floor 2 tbsp

  • bowl sugar 1/2 bowls

  • Boiled water 2 bowls

  • ghee 4 tbsp

Directions

    Take the badaams.

    Roast them.

  • 03

    After roasting, grind them smoothly or make a powder.

    Now take a wok.

  • 05

    Add ghee in it.

    Roast the flour also.

    After it add the grinded badaams.

    Stirr continously.

  • 09

    Now add sugar and water.

  • 10

    Stirr continously so that it becomes thick.

    When it comes to boiling point and gets thick.

    It means halwa is cooked properly.

  • 13

    Garnish it with few chopped badaam.
