Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls roasted almonds


  • 2 tbsp wheat floor


  • 1/2 bowls bowl sugar


  • 2 bowls boiled water


  • 4 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Take the badaams.
  • Roast them.
  • After roasting, grind them smoothly or make a powder.
  • Now take a wok.
  • Add ghee in it.
  • Roast the flour also.
  • After it add the grinded badaams.
  • Stirr continously.
  • Now add sugar and water.
  • Stirr continously so that it becomes thick.
  • When it comes to boiling point and gets thick.
  • It means halwa is cooked properly.
  • Garnish it with few chopped badaam.
