Firstly boil potatoes and mash them.
Then add all the spices one by one.
Now M ix all the ings except for chilli garlic paste
Now take a pan heat 1 tablespoon oil add the ginger paste n saute for 2-3 mins
Now add curry leaves and roast it nicely till they change colour
Now add the aloo mix n mix well cook for 4-5 mins...
Now make besan batter by adding salt n 1 pinch of if haldi powder it shud not be very thin.
Now make small balls oƒ potato mix flaten it on ur palm slightly.
dip in besan batter n deep fry on medium flame...enjoy hot witj pav.
Serve along with green chutney and roasted green chillies.
