3 nos potatoes, boiled n mashed
2 nos beetroot, boiled n grated
1 nos carrot, grated
1 nos capsicum, finely chopped
100 gms cheese, grated
1 cups bread crumps
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp chatmasala
2 tbsp coriander
2 tsp salt as per taste
Directions
Firstly boil and mash potatoes
Then boil and grate beetroot.
Now grate carrot and chop capsicum Now Mix all the above ings n make a dough.
Now make lemon size balls n deep fry on medium flame n serve hot with sauce.
