1 nos red banana : peeled and chopped
3 nos dates,deseeded
4-5 nos almonds
3-4 nos ice cubes
Directions
Peel the skin of banana and roughly chop it.
Put all the ingredients together in a juicer and blend it to smooth consistency.
Serve chilled.
