  • 1 nos red banana : peeled and chopped


  • 3 nos dates,deseeded


  • 4-5 nos almonds


  • 3-4 nos ice cubes

Directions

  • Peel the skin of banana and roughly chop it.
  • Put all the ingredients together in a juicer and blend it to smooth consistency.
  • Serve chilled.
