Using electric mixer , beat butter until fluffy.
Gradually add honey,eggs and vanilla beating until smooth
In a small bowl add flour, aniseed, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda
Add to honey mixture, m8xing well.
Stir in cranberries and almonds
Shape dough into two 10×3×1 logs and place on greased baking tray
Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes until the base is golden
Remove the logs on wire rack and let them cool for 5 minutes.
Reduce oven at 170℃
Transfer logs onto cutting board
Cut each log into half inch slices and place them back on baking tray
Bake for another 20 minutes until crisp
Cool on wire rack
