walnuts 250 gms
Jaggery 200 gms
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
khus khus 4-5 tsp
ghee 2 tsp
Directions
Sabse pahale walnuts ko gas par kadhi mai dry rost kar le.
Ab usi kadhi mai 1spoon ghee garam kre usme Jaggery daale or chalate hua pakaye .
Ek paani ke bowl mai 1spoon Jaggery daal kar chack kre agar Jaggery kadak ho jata hai tab chashni taiyar hai .
Ab usme cardamom powder or walnuts daal kar milaye.
Ab ek plate mai ghee lagaye or ek ek karke walnuts use par faila .
Ab sabhi walnuts ke uper khus khus daale .
Ab walnuts tande ho jaye tab kisi air tight container mai rakhe.
