  • 1 cups badam

  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • 4 tbsp water

  • 1 pinch salt


  • To A Wide Pan . Bring In Badam , Sugar And Water. Stir It With Flame On High. Keep Stirring For The Sugar To Caramelize.
  • The Perfect State Is When The Badam Stick To Each Other.
  • The Badam Will Look Like Sugar Dusted. At This Stage Add Salt .
  • Transfer To A Parchment Paper. This Can Be Toasted In A Preheated Oven At 250 °C For 2 Minutes.
  • This Is To Warm The Inner Of The Badam. Cool Down Completely And Store In A Air Tight Container.
  • Once It's Completely Cooled , It Will Taste Crispy N Sweet. Tasty Caramelized Badam For Kids.
