Ingredients

250 gms sprouted matki
3 nos onion grind in a mixer
6 nos tomato puree
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
7-8 nos curry leaves
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chana masala
1 tsp kanda lasun masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp salt as per taste
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 cups chewda
Directions
Heat oil in a cooker add gg paste saute 4 2/3 sec add onion paste n keep stirring till it is brown in color add all the dry masalas curry leaves n stir it cook fir 2/3 sec add tomato puree n cook till it starts leaving oil den put sprouted matki mix it properly add water n give 3 whistle .
while serving add sum chewda (mixed namkeen) n finely chopped onion put coriander leaves for garnishing
