Preheat oven to 170°C.
Place dates in bowl and cover with very hot water. Let them soak and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Noor Oil, brown sugar, agave nectar, eggs and vanilla. Slowly add in the flour mix.
Drain water from the dates and chop fine.
Mix chopped dates in batter. Add pecans.
Line the cake pan with Noor Oil
Pour batter in pan and bake for 1 hour.
